On a hot, muggy day in August, a group of teens attending summer school impatiently wait for their teacher to return, when they are suddenly startled by a massive explosion outside their classroom window.

 Confused and alarmed by the convoy of army trucks that begin to arrive at their school's parimeter, the students decide to split up and look for help.  Battling a power outage caused by the army's artillery fire, they travel through the halls of their high school, beginning to realize that things are turning very strange.  

 

There are noises from the far off distance. Noises that sound...not quite human.

Plagued by fear and doubt, the students must make a crucial decision. Will they try to work together as a team, or will the dread and the panic finally divide them, turning their fears against each other as the day slowly turns to night.
